# The Essig Mercenary Agreement _The Galaxy needs a force who is neutral and can be called upon to settle disputes without causing war. The nation of Essig has agreed to this purpose. Their mercenary fleets are for sale._ _In this treaty, one agrees not to attack the Enclave. The reason for this is simple, the enclave exists to enforce international law and protect the bank. Signers also agree to attack anyone who attacks the enclave._ --- 1. I agree that I will not attack the Essig Mercenary Enclave for the actions of their fleets, and will instead go after the purchaser of the fleet in seeking compensation; 2. I agree that I will defend the Essig Mercenary Enclave if they are attacked; 3. I agree that the Bank has exclusive supremacy status with the Essig Mercenary Enclave, granting with that all possible privileges it may entail; 4.
