## Basics of Groups There are three main groups during the game: The Rex van der Ostrovski (The Kings), The Dominate Ultimus (The Empire), and The Union. Each group is governed by a different 'constitution' which defines how that group operates, and the relationship between member states. Players are free to found their own groups, separate from those defined here. However, you must submit some kind of 'governing document' which describes the 'rules' of your ground.
